The safety, health, and wellbeing of myself, clients + community is my highest priority. My intention is to provide the best care for you when we’re sharing space. To ensure that I’m able to provide you with the best quality treatments in a clean environment, I only see one client in the studio at a time, and sanitize all surfaces and door handles in-between clients. The windows are opened and an air purifier is used throughout the day. All tools, linens and glassware are changed between clients.
I ask that we respect each others valuable time and health, and do not share space if we’re sick. If I feel I am unfit to service you due to poor health, i’ll notify you as soon as possible and find a new time to see each other. If you’re sick, I ask you do the same.

how do i book an appointment?
Treatments can be booked through the online booking system by clicking here or via email by contacting Cassandra at hello@calmdownclub.ca
how do i cancel or reschedule an appointment?
The easiest way to manage your appointments is through your Jane account. Login here and select "Upcoming Appointments" to view, cancel or reschedule your appointments.
You may e-mail or direct message Cassandra if need be.
There is a 12 hour cancellation policy that is adhered to strictly. Please read more about this below.
will i get appointment reminders?
Yes, you can choose to receive email and/or text message reminders in your Jane account. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have consented to receive notifications under the ‘Reminder Preferences’ section in your Jane account. You are responsible for missed appointments so be sure to subscribe to reminder notifications!
what if i’m running late?
Please contact Cassandra via e-mail or direct messaging as soon as you know you may be late for your appointment so that she can prepare accordingly. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, it is considered a no-show and you will be charged as per our cancellation policy.
can i book a treatment at the same time as someone else?
There is only one treatment room at this time. You can book back-to-back appointments but unfortunately they cannot be done at the same time.
is there a waiting area?
In the Spring — Fall there is a covered seating area in the backyard and seating area on the deck off the back door. Feel free to wait outside before your appointment if you arrive early, or as a friend is receiving their treatment inside.
There is currently no indoor waiting room. We recommend you arrive on time or 5 minutes early to your appointment so you can step straight into the treatment room.
are group sessions available?
Yes! A half or full day can be set aside to treat your group. During Spring-Fall, groups can enjoy the backyard area as they filter in and out for treatment. Local food and drink can be added onto the experience. Contact Cassandra directly to inquire about booking.
can i add on an eyebrow or eyelash treatment to my facial?
Yes, you can receive both a brow/lash treatment and facial during the same visit. Please book these appointments back-to-back. If requested when you arrive for your facial, Cassandra will accommodate an add on if there is adequate time available.
can i purchase a custom made face serum at the time of my appointment?
Yes! Let Cassandra know you are interested in purchasing a fresh bottle of your custom serum blend.
why is a credit card requested at the time of booking?
Your credit card will be kept on file, but it will not be charged at the time of booking. Your credit card will only be charged in the result of a late-cancellation or no-show. When you show up to your appointment you can choose your method of payment - credit, debit, e-transfer or cash (no change is available for cash payments as no cash is left on site).
why do I have to pay extra for an appointment located in Toronto?
My Toronto Pop-Ups require an extra rental and travel cost, so the increase in price allows me to maintain my regular wage. My prices are competitive for similar services in the area— but lets be real, there really is no other facial treatment that can compare.
cancellation policy
I understand life can get hectic and things may get in the way of enjoying your treatment. When you book an appointment, that time is saved specially for you. If you do not cancel or show up to your appointment, there is a gap that could’ve been filled by another client. Kindly give adequate notice if you cannot make it. If you don’t show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% the cost of your service. It’s just not nice for anyone.

Cancellations made by email or direct message are not considered cancelled without confirmation from Cassandra. Please cancel either by speaking to Cassandra directly or through your Jane account.
Changes to your appointments can be made at least 12 hours in advance. If you are cancelling with less than 12 hours notice please contact Cassandra directly.

what are the custom skincare products made out of?
These products are made to order, formulated specifically for your unique needs. Though each formulation may have slightly different ingredients, all are made with 100% organic therapeutic grade essential oils and plant based carrier oils.
how long until i receive my order?
Once an order has been placed, it will take 1-5 days to process and arrive at Canada Post.
what if i put in the wrong shipping address?
Please ensure that you have entered the correct address before submitting your order. Calm down club is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address as the result of a customer address error. E-mail hello@calmdownclub.ca ASAP after placing your order if you’ve made any mistakes.
returns and exchanges?
There are no refunds or exchanges on items purchased due to the consumable nature of these products. In the unlikely event something you ordered arrives damaged it will be replaced. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at hello@calmdownclub.ca. Please make sure to include your order number, a photo of the damaged item, as well as your name and phone number should we need to contact you. All damaged items will be replaced for the same item only.
